Milnbank Housing Association was founded in 1975 and is a community-based housing association in the East End of Glasgow.


When Milnbank received invoices from a supplier on a very high tariff—which dated back over a year for one of their properties—they asked us to investigate and negotiate with the supplier to reduce the balance owed.


Following several months of negotiations, the Boxfish team were successful in arranging a competitive supply contract.

This backdated to the start of the account and resulted in a significant reduction in the original balance.
