Milnbank Housing Association was founded in 1975 and is a community-based housing association in the East End of Glasgow.
When Milnbank received invoices from a supplier on a very high tariff—which dated back over a year for one of their properties—they asked us to investigate and negotiate with the supplier to reduce the balance owed.
As a registered charity with a considerable number and variety of utility supplies, we are always looking for ways to reduce our costs and streamline our processes.
