We kick-started various cost reduction initiatives and negotiated significant rebates. This allowed Abertay to maintain low costs, and also helped to finance new developments.
In partnership with Boxfish, Abertay has also made a freephone service available to tenants—to provide independent advice on supplier selection, and to help them reduce energy costs.
