Due to an influx of new and exciting client wins, we are expanding our friendly Client Services team at Boxfish—a leading independent utility consultancy, based in the West End of Glasgow.

Client Service Advisor

 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Advisor to join us in our newly-refurbished offices, which are just a 5-minute walk from Exhibition Centre Train Station and a stone’s throw from the trendy Finnieston thoroughfare.

At Boxfish, you’ll be joining a high-performing team that delivers first-class service and industry-leading results. You will be managing a diverse portfolio of clients; answering calls and responding to enquiries; and assisting with client billing or supply queries, alongside the expert support of our Energy Consultants.

If you have a positive attitude, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment—we want to hear from you.

The person

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A people person and a team player;
  • A problem-solver with an analytical mind;
  • Outgoing with plenty of positive energy;
  • Organised with eagle-eyed attention to detail;
  • Ambitious and willing to learn new skills;
  • Always able to deliver first-class customer service, with a friendly and helpful telephone manner.

The requirements

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Excellent numeracy skills, for working with bills and complex numerical queries (essential);
  • A high level of literacy, for corresponding with clients (essential);
  • Experience working with databases (essential);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (essential);
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (desirable);
  • Experience working in a similar role, e.g. for an energy or water supplier (desirable).
