Following extensive training, you will be managing a diverse portfolio of clients, answering calls, responding to enquiries and assisting with client billing / supply queries alongside the expert support of our Accounts Managers. Your training will continue throughout your employment, with the culmination being the transition to full Account Manager, responsible for the management and support of your own portfolio of clients, and tasked with providing your clients with the full breadth of services we provide as a business.
